What is Chickiebooms?

Chickieboom is actually a person! Grandma Chickieboom is the Great Grandmother of Owner Michael Duganier. The nickname "Grandma Chickieboom" came from Michael's mother when she was a little girl helping out on their farm. Philippa Palermo (Chickieboom) stood 5 feet tall and that includes her bun of red hair atop her head! She was born in Realmonte, Sicily on February 11, 1902. Chickieboom came to the US aboard the ship The Roosevelt in 1919. She was the youngest of 9 children and after marrying Sam Monachino (otherwise known as Great Grandpa Rooster) she and Grandpa Rooster had 9 children of their own living in the small town of Elba, New York. Her kitchen was always her domain, and she was an early bird as well. By 6am she was already in the kitchen cooking for her family and friends including 17 loaves of her famous bread every week! Her table was always ready for company, and she loved to welcome you into her home. We want to take a page from Great Grandma Chickieboom, welcome you into our coop and never let you go home with an empty stomach!

What is a ghost kitchen?

Think of it as a virtual restaurant of sorts. No physical restaurant of Chickiebooms exist, it is a delivery service only! No restaurant, no problem right? No need to make reservations, leave the house or even put shoes on!

Simply order, answer the door, and chow down.

Can I reserve a table?

Nope, not yet. Chickiebooms is a delivery only establishment, but you can reserve a table in your own kitchen!

Does my sandwich come with fries?

All sandwiches come with one side of your choice!

If you want it to be fries, then get fries!
